Jell-O Shamrock Cookies

3 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoons baking powder

1 package (3 oz) Lime Jell-O

1 cup shortening

3 eggs

 

Preheat oven to 350

1. Mix flour, baking powder, and dry Jell-O together.

2. Add shortening and mix well.

3.  Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

4.  Roll and cut out with shamrock shaped cookie cutter.

5. Bake 8 minutes.

6. Cool and frost with your favorite frosting. We usually use vanilla buttercream.
