Emili's Favorite Strawberry Cheesecake
1 package graham crackers (1 sleeve)
2 cubes butter or margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box Danish Dessert
1 1/2 cups water
Strawberries, chopped and pureed
Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Spread in a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, and let cool.
For the cheesecake filling, mix together cream cheese, whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Pour into cooled crust.
Topping: Mix Danish Dessert and water. Bring to a boil and take off heat immediately; transfer to another bowl. Mix in strawberries and spread over the top of the cheesecake filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
