Easy Egg Nests
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups chow mein noodles (12 oz pkg)
2 teaspoons vanilla
Add coconut or nuts, as desired.
Combine syrup and sugar. Bring to a boil in heavy saucepan. Stir in peanut butter. Stir and cook until peanut butter is melted. Pour over chow mein noodles (and coconut and nuts, if desired).
Place on greased pan or pan lined with parchment paper.
Tip-to make the nest more deep and nest-like, place in muffin tins.
Add jelly beans or Cadbury mini eggs for a fun, Easter treat.
