Crazy Crust Pizza

1 pound ground beef, browned with salt and pepper

Crust:

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon oregano

2 eggs

2/3 cups milk

Pizza toppings of your choice

Sauce:

8 ounces tomato sauce

1/4 teaspoon pepper.

We sometimes use canned spaghetti sauce.  

Shredded cheese, cheddar and Monterey Jack.

1 1/2 times this recipe makes a large cookie sheet (what we usually do for our family of 7).  1 recipes makes a 9 x 13 inch pan.  Grease and flour pan.  Brown 1 pound hamburger.  Drain well.  Season with salt and pepper.  Make crust.  Blend flour, salt, pepper and oregano. Mix eggs and milk and add dry ingredients.  Pour into pan.  Arrange hamburger over batter. Add onion, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni (whatever you prefer on your pizza).  Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Remove from oven.  Add tomato sauce and shredded cheese.  Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
