Who doesn't need a comfort food like Mac & Cheese? This family favorite is easy and so delicious!
This is a family recipe from my aunt that my mom made when I was a kid. One of my favorites and requested by my teen this morning, so I'll take it!
This has become a Halloween tradition! We buy the smallest medium sized pumpkin we can find, cut the top off and gut it. Then, we bake it with the "lid" on and totally empty for about 1 hour. Once it's cooked, we add this mixture to the filling.
One of our favorite parts, is to let the kids decorated the pumpkin with a magic marker before baking.
